HOW TO IMPROVE IMMUNE SYSTEM - The STRAS

Improving Immune System

How to improve immune system? Often people talk about strengthening your immune system, this can lead to ill effects of an overactive immune system.
Electromagnetic radiation, lack of sleep, stress and poor nutrition undermine your immune system and causes EHS complaints.
With a weakened immune system, you are more susceptible to the negative effects of COVID-like and other viruses.

Solution

The STRAS uses electromagnetic radiation to create a personalized protective field around your body. For the first 14 days of use, the STRAS gets to know your body in order to tune into your body’s own frequencies.
For wearing on bare skin, the STRAS comes with a cover, which you can easily insert. We are currently working on creating a carry on neck holder.

Protective field

Within the protective field, your body is in a “neutral” zone with no radiation influences. Within the protective field your immune system can recover and strengthen. If you have EHS complaints, they will soften or disappear depending on the type of complaints.

EHS complaints

  • Concentration disorder
  • Overloaded, dysfunctional and weakened immune system
  • Insomnia
  • Low libido
  • Unexplained headaches
  • Disruption of proper chakra functioning
  • Emotional instability
  • Lack of energy
  • Chaos in your thinking and emotions
  • Stress
  • Bowel and stomach complaints
  • Higher blood pressure
  • Heart rhythm disorder
  • Allergy build up
  • Dizziness
  • Tinnitus
  • Behavioral disorders
  • Rheumatic complaints
  • Spontaneous abortion
  • ALS
  • Brain tumor
  • Childhood leukemia
  • Cancer
  • Infertility (decreased sperm quality)
  • Alzheimer’s
  • ETC

FACTS

Why your immune system is important and why it has to be in a good condition

Our immune system is a complex structure that includes proteins, white blood cells, organs, and the connections between all of the above. Several parts of the immune system have protective functions by acting as barriers. They prevent bacteria and viruses from entering vital organs such as the brain. Other components of the immune system monitor and eliminate any harmful components from the body.
It is very important to know that strengthening your immune system plays a significant role in both prevention and recovery from covid-19. If you do get sick, a strong immune system is vital as it depends on how you carry the new virus. A strong immunity can also help you fight off familiar illnesses such as the flu or the common cold.
But, the immune system is designed to fight off any disease-causing organism, it takes time to become familiar with pathogens and other foreign bodies. Before a pathogen can be eliminated from the body, the body must recognize it as a hazard. This is usually achieved after the development of the necessary antibodies after a vaccine or after an illness.
But can you give the immune system a boost with exercise, nutrition and toughening? Doctors expose health errors. There are people who step naked into a lake in winter and obviously do not get sick as a result. They say they are hardened. Others swear by regular sauna visits to sweat everything out. And the advertising optimistically promises that sweet whey drinks will activate the immune system. There seems to be a great desire to make the body more resilient with all sorts of tricks and helpers. But is it that easy to influence what we call the immune system? “The immune system consists of various cells and soluble factors that fight off pathogens and tumor cells,” explains Hajo Haase from the Institute for Immunology at the RWTH Aachen University Hospital.
When pathogens overcome the body’s natural barriers such as skin or mucous membranes, immune cells ensure that they are rendered harmless and that they do not multiply. Immune cells are a defense mechanism against everything foreign to the body, A good immune system ensures that people do not get sick, In addition, it does not attack harmless foreign bodies or the body’s own structures – it does not overreact, so to speak. “If it is well controlled, it will only fight real attackers.”

Immune system is very robust in combination with STRAS

Immunologist Meuer smiles at the dogged struggle for good defenses: “People shouldn’t worry too much about the immune system, it’s so robust.” And science still doesn’t understand enough about it to be able to influence it in a targeted manner. However, it is undisputed that diet has an effect on the immune system. “Definitely yes, but we don’t yet know how,” says Meuer. In the intestines of every human being there are billions of bacteria that metabolize food. The composition of the bacteria – the so-called microbiome – differs from person to person. “Targeted changes through diet can only be recorded once the microbiome has been deciphered.” That can take a few more years. “At the moment, most of the insider tips on nutrition are pure speculation.”
Chicken soup only works for a short time However, a healthy diet is important for a good immune system – only individual foods cannot have a specific influence. Chicken soup, for example: the body gets nutrients, salt and something warm. “You feel better at that moment,” says Haase. “But chicken soup has a rather short-term effect on the general condition – the immune system is not affected.” Like the rest of the body, the immune system must receive certain nutrients, explains Haase. “If you leave out zinc, for example, you can clearly see which cells are missing and which defense mechanisms are failing.” Copper, iron or vitamins such as A, C, D and E are also important – in principle, what belongs to a balanced diet. “What is certain is that normal mixed foods have a maximum effect on the immune system,” says sports medicine specialist Krüger.
Resilience has no effect And what about the so-called hardening by taking a sauna, cold bath or walking in the drizzle? The doctors dismissed it: “There is not a single scientific study that proves that hardening has an influence on the immune system,” Meuer states. A positive effect can still be achieved: “Those who regularly go to the sauna or take cold water baths get better thermoregulation,” explains Krüger. As a result, the body cools down more easily in summer and conserves its heat capacity in winter. “But there is more to it than going for a walk in the rain. The effect only becomes scientifically visible when you go to extremes. ” The positive influence of sport on the immune system is also undisputed: “Moderate training – that is, swimming, cycling or jogging – strengthens the immune system regardless of rain, snow or sun,” says Krüger.
Exercise stimulates the immune system “We assume that we irritate the immune system a little with every training session and thereby stimulate it. Then it works better. ”This can be demonstrated in individual immune cells, but also in the infection rate. “The immune cells meet the pathogens in the lymph nodes. Lymph fluid is only transported through muscle movements. “So inactivity is bad. Constant 22 degrees and sitting are completely atypical and not the normal state for which the immune system was designed. ” Two factors in particular can be controlled in order to make the body fit against pathogens: a balanced diet and physical activity. The psyche also has an important effect on the immune system. When stress is constant, the body releases more cortisol, which suppresses the immune system, explains Meuer. “Mental well-being is therefore very important.” A short-term improvement of the immune system, on the other hand, cannot be achieved with cold pills from the pharmacy. “Some herbal active ingredients can be very effective, but there is no single plant that you ingest through a remedy, and then the immune system is better and you get sick less often,” clarifies Haase. “But the placebo effect is incredibly powerful.”
